Finally she is coming to our studio Baker Street Vilnius with amazing modern desserts class.

It‘s new program with new tastes, texture, techniques.

Vera Nikandrova is one of the most creative chef.

Program:

  • “EXOTIC”

Hazelnut, coconut, lime sponge, Malibu, fruit caramel, mango-passion fruit compote, coconut ganache.

  • Tart „Makadamia-Vanilla“

Pate surce, macadamia nuts with flower salt and vanilla, caramelized chocolate cream, whipped cream.

  • Tart „Apple-Rhubarb“

Pate surce, almond frangipane with rum, mascarpone cream cream, caramelized apple and rhubarb.

  •  „Hazelnut-coffee“

Hazelnut crumble, cream caramel, hazelnut sponge, coffee namelaka, nut whipped cream.

  •  „Pear-Tarchun“

Muale sponge, caramelized pers and liquor, red orange with Tarchun cream, pear mousse.

  • Paris Brest „Marzipan-Amaretto“

Paris Brest, almond cream, caramelized almond flake, syrup with amaretto, caramel ganache.

  • Pavlova „Peach-Hibiscuses“

Merengue, peach, hibiscus with berry ganache, passion fruit ganache.

  •  „Currant-Limoncello“

Vanilla sponge, cream currant-violet- liquor crème de cassis, limoncello layer.

  • Vanilla cake

Candied orange, Juzu syrup, almond crunch, lemon cream

  • Cake „Banana-Chocolate“

Caramelized banana, chocolate flakes, chocolate cream.
