We are happy to announce that talented chef  Nicolas Boussin coming to our studio with amazing desserts class.

A great pastry chef who is full of surprises and creativity. 


Nicolas Boussin became passionate about pastry in his teenage years, when he decided to do a French CAP diploma in pastry making and cuisine. 

In 2000, he was awarded the title “Meilleur Ouvrier de France Pâtisserie”- Best Pastry Craftsman of France and in 2002 Nicolas Boussin led his team, as a captain, to the second place of the World Pastry Cup. 

During the next 12 years Nicolas contributed widely to the success of GRAND MARNIER® serving as an ambassador by creating innovative dessert applications for the famous French liquor

Nicolas BOUSSIN is currently an instructor pastry chef at "Maison de la Crème Elle & Vire". He shares his passion for French pastry and high quality ingredients with chefs around the world and is eager to pass on his knowledge to chefs with the same enthusiast.
